What customisation can be done ?
Based on your furniture, walls, themes or anything, we can customise it completely.
How to place order ?
Currently we accept orders from amazon or by directly contacting us. You can find contact details here. Once order placed, we will follow-up and confirm the customisations if any.
What payment options do you have ?
We accept IMPS, NEFT and from any UPI apps like GPay. You can use Internet Banking or Cash-on-Delievry if ordered via Amazon.
When my order will reach ?
It usually takes 5-6 working days to carefully personalise your order. Due to waiting times for customisations, approvals from user and changes it may take maximum 10 working days. Once it is dispatched, it should arrive in 2-3 working days.
What is Return Policy ?
Due to customised nature of the product, we cannot accept returns. But we can replace it if the item is deemed to be defective or damaged in transit. You must submit the unboxing video to us and we will escalate it further.
How to install ?
We attach necessary hardware so you can directly hang on your walls with just few screws.
Products are Water Resistance ?
No, Due to wooden base, they are not water-resistant.
Will it reach safe to me ?
Yes, we dispatch your order with enough care. We attach necessary stickers and labels to make them easy to handle and reach it to you.
